The story of 1Love Transportation began with a deep sense of compassion and a desire to address a growing problem in the community. Timothy Love, the founder and CEO, was inspired to start the company after witnessing firsthand the significant challenges many individuals faced in accessing essential healthcare services.

While always taking his mom to her doctor’s appointments, Timothy observed how vulnerable groups, particularly the elderly, those with disabilities, and low-income families, struggled to get to their medical appointments. Many of these individuals were missing critical treatments simply because they lacked reliable transportation. For some, public transit was not an option due to mobility issues, while others found the cost of private transport services prohibitive. The result was a troubling pattern of missed appointments, deteriorating health, and increased stress for patients and their families
